Exercise: half hour walk and a half hour hooping, we got home late and I was very unmotivated, I’m amazed I did that much.
Noms: oatmeal, 6 strawberries, 2 tacos, and an english muffin with peanutbutter. Being out most of the day made it difficult to really eat much. Then the drinking began.

Day 3 Wednesday May 30
Exercise: 20 mins of strength training, 45 mins hooping, 30 mins yoga, 30 mins walk.
Noms: B: oatmeal and a cookie.
L: broccoli, zucchini, rice, and a sour cream sauce.
S1: peanut butter on whole wheat english muffin with a banana
S2: bowl of lucky charms and some strawberries with a glass of oj.

Exercise: 20 mins strength training, 45 mins hooping, 30 mins yoga, 20 mins walk.

Day 1 Monday May 28
Here I am again, back at day 1. At least through out all of these restarts I’ve improved a little each time. So here it is:
Exercise: 20 mins strength (abs and glutes today) 45 mins hooping, and a 30 min dog walk. I plan to do 20 mins of yoga later tonight I’m just waiting for it to cool down a bit.
